Notice of Public Hearing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Blendon Township Planning Commission will convene on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 7:00 pm, in the Blendon Township Hall located at 7161 72^nd Avenue, Hudsonville, Michigan 49426. This public hearing will be held for the following purposes: 

Todd Grasman has requested his parcel of land comprising of approximately 18 acres located on Blair Street, Hudsonville, MI 49426 (PPN 70-13-22-200-022) be rezoned from AG (agricultural) to R-1 (low density residential).

Comments regarding these requests will be taken at the public hearing.Written comments may be sent to the Chairman of the Planning Commission, at the Township Hall at the above address.Such comments will be added into the meeting record if received by 12:00 PM, February 6, 2023.

This notice is given pursuant to the requirements of the Blendon Township Ordinance and Michigan State law.
