NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BLENDON TOWNSHIP
OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN
PLANNING COMMISSION

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Blendon Township Planning Commission will convene on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 7:00 pm, in the Blendon Township Hall located at 7161 72nd Avenue, Hudsonville, Michigan 49426. This public hearing will be held for the following purposes: 

Jack Brown has requested his parcel of land comprising of approximately 27 acres located on the west side of 48th Ave, between Port Sheldon St and Van Buren St, Hudsonville, MI 49426 (PPN 70-13-25-200-026) be rezoned from R2 (medium residential) to R3 (high density residential).

 

Koetje Properties LLC has requested an amendment to a condition on their current SLU concerning the South Blendon Vista Apartment Complex located at 5040 Port Sheldon St, 6182 Blendon Drive, Hudsonville, MI 49426 (PPN 70-13-25-200-037 and 70-13-25-200-014).

 

Curtis and Tammy Klinger have requested a special land use permit to allow for the erection of an accessory building, for the use of equestrian riding lessons, to take place on their property located at 8966 – 76th Ave, Hudsonville, MI 49426 (PPN #70-13-04-400-018). 

Comments regarding these requests will be taken at the public hearing.Written comments may be sent to the Chairman of the Planning Commission, at the Township Hall at the above address.Such comments will be added into the meeting record if received by 12:00 PM, July 6, 2022.                                      

This notice is given pursuant to the requirements of the Blendon Township Ordinance and Michigan State law.
